Bruce De Wayne Harshman Advise Against Using Sherman Oaks California
I would strongly recommend to not use Dr. Bruce Harshman in any capacity. He was found to have misconduct by the Los Angeles Superior Court and was removed from the Private Evaluator's list. Some of the allegations were billing fraud for services that did not occur, excess delay over a year in issuing a report, inability to follow procedures, refusal to contact collateral sources, dishonosty, and on and on. He wa non-responsive and downright nasty in my personal dealings with him. He is extremely dishonest in his reports and will use past reports as a template and then forgets to update them, so there is no relevancy to my specific case. I heard he is under investation by the Licensing Board as well, I most certainly will be filing a grievance against him.
