Rented a house from me. Defaulted on the rent, did substantial damage to the house and defaulted on the rent. I have over a $12k judgement against each of them jointly and severally. They were evicted from the house.
The whole interior of the house had to be repainted as they had smoked in a non-smoking house. Eventhough they told me they had no money to pay the rent, they bought a new car during the eviction period. Stay far away from them.
