Bryan Roscoe scam on ebay Egg Harbor Township New Jersey
April 16, 2013 I was scammed by a unscrupulously ebay seller James Ryals of Oklahoma after receiving items as not described I contacted the seller many times to resolve but in vain than went to the resolution center filed a claim timey and waited til they looked at it they took about a month. I should have called my bank and canceled payment instead of relying on ebay and they were of no help with their rules and not explaining the process totally than the seller assassination my character there are a LOT of scammers on ebay I pray someday there is an alternative answer to buying and selling online with accountability. There will be no next time I have learned a great lesson never buy from online you have no recourse.
I paid for the item timey than received it was very upset at the scammed perpetrated than contacted the seller four times in email than filed a claim as ebay says we should waited a month for review and nothing happen if I brought in a store I would have been refunded but since buying online and being scammed I got scammed with the assistant of ebay coz I did not get refunded I was then and ready now to return this poor quality item. I contacted the CEO of ebay too no return answer from him waited two weeks and nothing back. Ebay a greedy electronically modern day robber and as their sellers prey upon the online buyers, its true buyers beware of this thief and longtime ebay seller James Ryals he will pickpocket you’re hard earn dollars as a mugger in a dark against the will of the people.
