I ordered from the Brylane Home website on December 6, 2002 some items on deferred billing. At the end of December the items were not received by me, and I proceeded to contact Customer Service about getting a credit for the merchandise not received.

I was told to mail in a form stating that the order was not received, and that was completed January.

However in late January, Brylane Home attempted to charge my MasterCard the amount $59.98 and the amounts of $7.77 and $7.77 for the orders that I placed. This attempted charge went on about 12 times before it finally went through on February 21, 2003.

I emailed Customer Service AGAIN stating that this charge went through, after I was promised it would not. I was then told by Carina that they will be processing the credit ASAP. On February 25, in yet another email, I was finally told I was credited $75.52 for the total amount of the order. This credit was posted to my account on February 26, 2003 and I thought this would be the end to this matter...

I emailed them AGAIN and they insisted that I wont be charged again

Since then, almost every day around midnight PST I have an attempted charge on my account. Its gotten to the stage where I make sure I had no money in my account so that Brylane Home cannot charge me.

FIFTEEN subsequent charges up until this date were attempted as follows:

Feb 28, March 3, March 4, March 5, March 6, March 7, March 10, March 11, March 12, March 13, March 14, March 17, March 18, March 19, March 20

On March 21 at 21:22:27 PST Brylane somehow was able to charge my Debit Card even though no funds were in there.

I am totally enraged at this point and am calling Brylane Home at 11pm at night hoping to get this straightened out once and for all and as promised!
