We hired the bTeam and Lou Barrett to liquidate an estate after the death of a family member and now regret that decision.
We were so happy to have their help initially, but have become more and more disappointed with each passing incident. Long story short, bTeam let their employees, and friends/family take sale property without paying for it. They also gave one of their employee's "partner" the code to the key box at our home so they could come and take additional property that had been given to them by the bTeam and they had not paid for. We actually caught three of them in the home trying to take property not paid for out of the home at 0930 at night when we drove by to check on things the week following the sale. (see photo)
We tried to meet with them to resolve the dispute, and Lou Barrett DID meet with us, but told us that he did this job just like all of the others he has done.
After they refused to work with us to resolve our complaint, we had no choice but to file a complaint with the BBB. We were very unhappy with the services and customer service provided by this business.
