I went to Bar None on the web and applied for a loan. I recieved a E-mail on march 30 2010 telling me I was qualified all I had to do is bring in my trade in. I was contact by Caitlin Keller by phone and E-mail. I explained to her all I had was my trade in. She told me that was fine and that she had my vehicle of choice. I wanted a chevy surburban and trade my chevy surburban. I had to travel a hour away to Pennsylvania. The next morning she called as I was in route to there dealership. When I arrived a man named bob was standing outside smoking a cigarette. I told him that I had an appointment. He told me to hold on and went inside. He never came back so we got out and started looking at the vehicles. We eventually went inside. The same guy came and assisted us. He left again for about thirty minutes. When he came back he claimed they were extremely busy but we were the only people there. He continued to leave and come back. He never took any information.

The only info he gathered was the info to type a letter stating race was not the reason for selling me a car. I signed it in fear he may called the cops and the cops were just as racist as they were. Eventually he went and got his manager and his manager went and got the general manager. The general manager told me that he coul not sell me a car. I took the paper and left. I called Caitlin and told her what happened. She asked me to come to her other location. That she promised this time she would get me in a new vehicle of my choice. When I got there I was met by a guy. he took a little more info. He eventually went into how my trade in was a piece of junk and I should take my truck back to the company I bought it from and give it back. Save up some money and come back to buy a smaller car. I told him I did not want the cars he was trying to sell me. I got frustrated and left. They made me feel ashamed to be an American or I am not a human being or I don't deserve nice things. I have the E-mail she sent me and the letter they made me sign. I have two witnesses that were present. I also have the voice mail she sent me and the business card they gave me.
