The price is cheap but this place is a dump. The rooms are dirty and smelly, and the help is overly rude. My family attempted to check into two rooms on Saturday, July 26th at 4 PM (check-in is at 3 PM). The female employee behind the desk acted like a meth w***e going through withdrawals. She was extremely obnoxious and argumentative. She stated that the maids did not show up for work, the rooms were not ready, did not know when they would be ready, and did not care since she was there on her day off.
The continental breakfast here is a joke. All they have is very limited pastry and coffee. When I told the large male employee behind the desk that my shower door would not slide, he just shrugged his shoulders and said nothing.
All in all, it would be best if you stayed away from this place. If they enforced truth in advertising Missoula, this place would be called the Sleaze Inn or the Meth Head Inn. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $10 to stay somewhere else. It will be worth it to have helpful staff, clean functioning rooms, and not having to worry about getting mugged in the parking lot.
