Budget Lodge Budget Inns And Lodges, Larry Hall Hotel Smells likE ROTTEN SEX. Prostitutes and drug dealers all over the place. BAD HOTEL. The owner, larry hall, should be locked in there and there place bulldozed austin, Texas
THere was a man who was stabbed to death here recently!!!
This hotel is the worse place i've ever been. There was a lot of ghetto trash the were walking around smoking marijuana. I ignored it. There was a lot of trash that obviously live there and were not just "passing through". I ignored it.
Anyway, I checked in and asked for a non-smoking room. they put us in a "non-smoking" room but obviously a chain smoker had lived there. We were moved to another room which also smelled like smoke but it was tolerable. There was ashes on the toilet seat, pubic hair in the shower and the smoke alarm was pulled out of the wall. We left our luggage in there and immediatly left to go out on the town.
We came back to the room a couple hours later and after taking a shower I laid down on the bed. I noticed the bed had a bad odor of rotton sex all over it. It was so gross that we left immediatly. We asked for a refund and old grouchy man who cant speak right mumbled to come back tomorrow to speak with the manager.
The next day the manager called some a*****e who told her not to give us a refund. We stopped payment on the credit card.
My understanding is that this place is owned by a s**thead named larry hall but i am not sure. I am sure that the owner also owns shithole motels in CA, AZ, TX, MO and TN. Have you heard the "urban legend" about people staying in a hotel and complained about a bad smell but couldnt figure it out and then the next occupants complained about the same thing and it turns out a woman was dead under the bed? Well that isnt an urban legend. it happened to one of the hotels owned by this idiot.
