Budget Rent a Truck Your reservation is worthless Internet
Your reservation with budget is worthless. It does not guarantee anything.
We had reserved a truck to move some furniture from Forest City NC to Charleston SC a week before we needed it. I called the location the day we reserved and was told they would have a truck delivered and not to worry about it.
The day before we were to leave to come up there, I called to confirm and was told the truck would probably not be there and the closest truck was over 60 miles away. Would not compensate for trouble.
Ended up cancelling so I would not be charged the $50.00 fee right then.
Horrible customer service. If you are going to have a reservation guarantee what you have and not let people scramble at the last minute.
