Budget Truck Rental LLC Budget did not contact the local pick up facility here in Lansing Michigan. of my reservation Tulsa Oklahoma
I made a reservation online with Budget Truck Rental for a local move here in Lansing, Mi. I arrived at the local pickup facility, Elite Towing, at the scheduled time, 9a.m. There was no one inside the facility . Another customer was waiting for a truck rental as well. She had a scheduled pick-up at 8 a.m. and was trying unsuccessfully to reach someone on the phone. I had to leave and find another rental. When I called Budget customer service, they had no explanation for what had happened. They did email me a reseration cancellation after I demanded one. I will never use them again. - Suzanne
