Bought a new Shotgun Barrel. It was defective. It takes a while to determine what the problem was. The Gas chamber was bent slightly. I get response back for Ol'Bud. ...

 

"Returns must be  immediate"  tough luck. Flush my 230 down the drain.

 

I had the gun just a short period of time. Beware of what Ol'Bud considers "immediate". Its a crap shoot. If it has a flaw good luck with Ol'Bud.

 

 

* Shot gun w new barrel no ejection.

* Cleaned Gun w new barrel no ejection.

* Ordered seal "O" ring. Tested no ejection.

* Ordered metal seal rings. Tested no ejection.

* Took gun to a gun smith - he had gun for a week. Barrel diagnosed as being bad.

 

Gun Barrel was found to be defective. They refused to return. The said it has to be returned "immediately" - whose meaning only "Bud" knows.

Bud does not stand by products they sell. If you buy from thgem beware if it ios defective. Their answer was rude and blunt.

It's nearly impossible to comment on a post without all information provided, however our return policy is posted on our web site under Information, then Shipping & Returns. It reads as follows:



"Returns are ONLY accepted for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt.  BudsGunShop.com will provide YOUR CHOICE of a replacement item (pending availability) or full refund AND pay the return shipping cost on all firearms and accessories found defective upon receipt.  For your added convenience,  BudsGunShop.com will also arrange for the defective items to be picked up and returned to us by the original shipper."

If a customer identifies a manufacturer's defect/issue with the product after he's had possession of the product for a time period to exceed "immediately upon receipt" we will refer the cusotmer to the manufacturer's warranty for warranty service. We will also provide a prepaid shipping label to ship the item to the manufacturer if they do not.

We won't get into lengthy online debates, but are taking this opportunity to provide our actual Returns policy. If there is ever a question about any of our products or policies we welcome all calls/inquiries. Please call in and ask for our Customer Service Manager.
