This customer had signed a service agreement that states, "after the initial one year period this contract is automatically renewable on a month to month basis, and may be cancelled anytime after the first 12 months by either party giving 30 days written notice" Written notice has yet to be received by this customer. The fact that he is on a monthly service program would require one last treatment to be performed. We have made an exception to what he has intially agreed to. In order to uphold our good customer service, we have waived the last service he originally agreed to. In addition we have offered the first 3 months for free should he decide to start another one year service agreement with us. He would however be required to uphold the 30 day notice clause in the future..
