In Febuary 2008 I ordered some plants and bulbs for the yard. The order was as follows: 200 Privet Hedge, 1 perennial bargan, 6 mixed Russel Lupines and 2 Color in the Shade. Totaling $154.73 which realy is not much but I disabled and living on a fixed income. They were receiced in March and planted the same week. As we planted we came up short 30 trees. I phoned them and was told everything had to be done via the mail. So I thought I would give it some time to see if anything else would need to be replaced.

On April 25, 2008 I sent in a list of things needing replacement along with the original shipping lable as instructed. The list was as follows: 30 trees shorted along with an additonal 42 that had died. In addition everything else died or did not come up. (I kept everything watered as needed. I have the high water bills as proof.) As of June 2008 I had not gotten a reply. I called agian to see where the order was. I was told no record was shown for a request for replacement. The lady I talked to did a replacement order by phone.

In July 2008 (long passed planting season) I received a letter stateing I need to send in a copy of my canceled check. Along with the list needing replacement.

Now here in August 2008 still nothing. I called again and was told they have not received my letter. The mail is slow but not 4 weeks slow. I'm at the end of my rope. As well as the planting season winter will start rolling in. And still no plants or money.
