Never, NEVER hire this crook. He is so crooked that he told us to sign a waiver of attorney client priviledge. He cleverly represented our opposition, forged documents with the court, forged retainer agreements, and forged a document for return of evidence. I stated I could not confirm what evidence was in my file until I had looked at the file, and he forged my name right in front of me on a document that did not state that. He is also verbally abusive and refused to return my file unless I paid him more money. He boldly committed malpractice and even stated he was trying to figure out a way to not get sued by us for malpractice. He lies in court, lies to judges, and did nothing to further our case, and threw our case completely and allowed our cc&r's to be eliminated and caused our case to fail. I will be suing for malpractice and am going to report him to the BAR. What a schiester.
