Buy - Iolo Purchase With Rebate At Buy.com. Failure to honor rebate due to hidden (not disclosed) terms and conditions. Internet
I purchased IOLO Search and Recover 4 from Buy.com. It included a $20 rebate titled, "Search and Recover 4 $20 Mail-in Rebate." The link to the rebate form is:

Parago, the fulfillment organization is denying the rebate because I had previously bought IOLO System Mechanic 7 and had received a rebate for it. The link to that rebate form is:

The listed terms of either rebate say nothing about any other products and the valid purchase date ranges are different for each product. The date ranges do not overlap in time.
Although the rebate forms are quite different including the specific product names and valid purchase dates, Parago is using the same Offer # for both, hence their refusal to honor more than one offer. This link-up between the two purchases is not disclosed the terms and conditions of either rebate.
