Buytvsdirect.com Ripoff fraud stole my money Texas
I placed an order with this guy (jason hall) from buytvsdirect.com on sept 29, 2004 in the amount of 999.00 for a 61" NEC plasma tv after 3 weeks he still had no tracking number for me. Shipping from the buy direct store is supposed to take 1-4 weeks max. Well after the 4th week he still had no tracking number for me and assured me it was shipped. So I asked for a refund and he said he had to put a stop shipment on my order and that it would be 5-7 business days to receive stop shipping confirmation and then I would get a refund. Well it's been three weeks now and still no money. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and we'll see where we go from there. I am writing this because I don't want to see anyone else lose their hard -earned money to this f@cking scumbag. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON OR COMPANY!!!
