I cannot get a refund for a returned Comcast compatible modem. I stopped payment with CitiCard MC and the vendor said they could only process a refund if the the dispute was reversed. They say they never got the money back and CitiCard says they did. Is there a way to identify the bank account this vendor uses to determine whether the money was returned by MC.
Their tactics seem to be that I will eventually just give up. My last two e-mails were both acknowledged as received but no response was. Their last message said to check again with my MC card provider to see why they never got the money back so they could process my refund their way. Here are the specifics:
