Buyzround Ordered items on 10/25/2021, today is 12/2/2021 and items still have not shipped. All attempts at communication have been ignored. California

On 10/25/2021 I purchased three rolling laundry hampers on the website "https://buyzround.shop". The company received payment at that time through PayPal for a total amount of $48.28. I had created an account on the website so when I had not received the merchandise after about 20 days I signed in and found that they still had not shipped. The only contact information I could find on the website was a "contact form". I used that to request that they either ship my order or give me a refund. I did not receive any response from them. On 11/25/2021 I used the contact form again and sent them the following text:
"On October 25th I paid for the items in order number 15711. Today is November 25th, one full month, and my items have still not been shipped. I contacted you once before but received no response. This time I will give you one week (until Thursday December 2nd) to contact me via email before I report you to the Better Business Bureau and whatever other agencies I can come up with. Please refund my money or send me the items ordered."
Again I did not receive any response from the business. I carefully checked my spam folder to make sure I didn't miss a response from them. 
I just checked today and the items I ordered is still for sale of their website. I ordered three "Chrislley 90L Laundry Hamper on Wheels Rolling Large Hampers", color of grey.
