1. The merchandise was NOT shown as "out of stock" on the website. If it had been, I simply would have ordered it from one of the other websites that carries it. Why would I place an order for something that was out of stock, and then complain because I didn't get it? 2. I received an order/payment confirmation--I guess they make a practice of taking people's money on an "out of stock" item that isn't showing as being "out of stock". I NEVER GOT ANYTHING saying it was out of stock, OR that there would be a delay in shipping my order. 3. OF COURSE my money was refunded back to my account....MY BANK REFUNDED IT while I was still trying to get a reply/response from the company. The email notification they sent telling me my money had been refunded came AFTER this report had been filed, and LONG after the bank reversed the charges. 4. Seems hard for me to believe that my number could not be "understood" on ANY of the messages I left-I never received a return call. I guess they can't read either, as the phone number was also attached to every email I sent to them in attempt to get resolution. Either way, I know not to do business with this company ever again. They can't even be honest with their rebuttal.

The customer's order was placed for an out of stock product, which was displayed on the website at the time the order was placed. An email was sent to the customer letting her know that her order may be delayed. The product was unable to be fulfilled in a speedy period of time, so another email was sent out letting the customer know their money would be refunded. The customer has received a refund of their payment and the order has been canceled. All messages left are returned within 48 hours, unless the phone number left in the message is unclear or unable to be understood. We have had many satisfied customers since we have been in business. Our testimonials page is displayed on our website and has comments from satisfied customers. We do not screen the comments.
