This poor excuse for a cell phone accessories company has the rudest staff, and they sound like they are running it all out of their basement. They charged my card, essentially told me to screw off over the phone, and didn't send my cell phone case. No refund was given. Beware of these crooks. I tried calling back several times at no avail. They ignore my calls. Disgusting company.

i came across the website bvhcell.com while looking for a cell phone cover the website seemed legit. i  ordered a cover and paid with my debit card. later that day i looked in my email and had an email from bvhcell.com that stated they needed me to call them because my billing address did not match my shipping address. this i found wasnt out of the ordinary considering i had just moved, and my bank card was still registered with my old address. i called immediatly 9 pm at night! they answered promptly and told me that the billing and shipping address did not match so i had to verify them. i stated that made sense since i just moved gave them my billing address as well as the 3 diget # off the back of my card. (little did i realize at the time that they had already charged my card at 2 pm earlier that day when i placed the order so obviously it did not matter if they had the address connected to my card). i mentioned to my mother that the phone call was strage right when i got off the phone because it was 9pm at night and also i heard children in the background as if they were working from home. i woke up this morning to see my card had again been charged around 9pm last night as well as 2pm when i placed the order. i immediatley called the number they had given me in the email that i had contacted them on just last night. no answer no answer no answer. they are completely ignoring my calls. so i went back on the website to contact the actual company....come to find out the number on the website is same cell phone number i called last night. called again from work, still no answer. so when i get into work i googled them and about 10-15 links pop up all being scams about this company. i have called the bank and reported them and these charges, one of which is completely unauthorized. the bank told me to let them process then call the refund center to get my money back that these scumbags stole from me. and they will go after this "company" with their lawyers considering the info i gave them about them being scammers.  i also am going to the police station to file a report about the inncident after work today. all ive read about them is they double charge you then send you some bogus item in which you did not order, if they send anything at all. all in all they stole 54$ from me. i am also contacting my laywer so this sad individual can be locked up from stealing peoples money the way he is. they got the wrong one this time because they may have only stole 54$ from me, but im getting it back from the bank anyways and its not even about the money. i have the money to hire my lawyer that handles my corperation,  and have this individual reap what he sews so to speak. so i hope the 54$ was worth it....because the 1000 plus that i have to pay our attorney to take care of this "bvhcell" indidual is defintely worth it to me!!!!!!!!!!

Mr Brett Segelman from Randolph, NJ 07869 placed an order for a case on our site, bvhcell.com. Unfotunately he didn't provide us with the correct billing address so we contacted him and asked him for the correct billing adrees. He called us and changed the billing address but when we tried to authorize his card for $ 35.99 ( only $ 35.99 ) his bank declined the trasaction stating " Unsufficient funds" on his account . We told him that we couldn't process his order until we were able to authorize his card with the correct billing address for $ 35.99 which HE didn't have nor his bank was willing to advance him $ 35.99. So we canceled his order and his card was never charge.

He called us at least 50 times from his number 973 525 3966 and also tried to block his number so we would answer. He threatened us several time but we didn't give in so he wrote this report trying to damage our reputation. Please check our feedback @ http://www.bvhcell.com/product_p/feedback.htm .

If you ever deal with him be very carefull, to say the least . The guy doesn't have $ 35.99 on his bank account and he's suggesting that we run our business from a basement !
