I was given a urine test and physical on the first day. I got my results back Wednesday. The paperwork stated that I passed my drug screening and physical. I was issued my paperwork and D.O.T card. I was then told to go the d m v and take my permit test wich I did,and I passed. That Friday there was a dispute between my teacher and the head of staff about my teachers methods of teaching. So myself and a few other students went to talk to the school director Chris,on that Friday morning me leading the pact of course . We explained to him that Mellisa was an excellent teacher. He looked at me very wierd. By the time I got back to class. My teacher had received a phone call saying to send me and my classmate who went with me back up to office at 10 oclock,it was 930. When I entered the office the lady,Nicole picked up the phone and called someone she explained to the person on the phone that I had jus walked in,and she handed me the phone,the lady on the other end of phone had said that my drug test results had marijuana in it. Now the problem is I don't smoke weed nor do I drink. I told them this and asked for a retest,I even explained that I would submit to a hair test. I was told I could only have the same results from the previous retested and it would cost 180 dollars. Or I could pay 480 dollars and join there Substance abuse program. As she was explaining this to me I was given a termination paper,and told that my this would go on my Dot record,and that I would not be eligible for hire ever at C R England,and to get off our property and to clear out the hotel. I was given a number to call for there Substance abuse program,which I later found out was the same place that Nikki had called. The guy I spoke with Patrick Hodge,was very disrespectful to me,I was treated as if I was a drug addict,I explained to him that I don't drink or smoke,and there had to be a mistake,he said with an attitude we don't make mistakes,pay the 480 bucks. I then replied this is a mistake I'm not an addict,he then said whatever man,i said what are my other options he replied I just told you in a very angry voice,pay the 480 bucks. I was very hurt so I decided to buy my own drug test which was 99 percent accurate from Walgreens the test results were negative. I knew it because I don't smoke or drink. My phone rang and it was one of my classmates he explained to me that I was targeted for standing up for my teacher Mellisa. I've been talking back in forth with attorneys and they all want a 1000 dollars retainer fee. I was told if I failed my test result they couldn't even have issued me a Dot card. I have my paperwork stating my results were negative and that I passed. I don't know what to do I just want justice done they shouldn't be able to get away with this. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.
