I went to work for CR England in Dec 2004 in hopes of getting back into a driving career after a 15 year leave. The company promises all kind of things but you will not get them.
I was making 19 cents a mile at first then they asked me to do a lease. During the lease signing the rude woman that does the signing does not want to go over everything with you. There is a clause in the lease that states that you can in fact break your lease for any reason.
After going in the hole for a while i knew that this was not for me and told my driver manager. Then for a few weeks I would make good money and think it was getting better, bam there it was again in the hole oweing money.
When i turned in my truck they kept several thousands of dollars but I have yet to receive a bill for where the money went.
I'm now at a company the treats me well and i'm making money,
