Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

We went into the store to order new kitcehn cabinets for a remodel of an existing kitchen.  The representitive drew up a design which we had agreed on.

We hired their sub conractor to come out and measure to make sure we did not make any mistakes and that the new cabinets would fit.  We just wanted to replace what was there, not to re-design the kitchen. We paid for this service because we had a contractor that was going to do the install.

The sub contractor that came out to measure ended up shorting us about a foot of counter space.  They did not replace what we had.  Now we have a gap of about 6 inches we can't use.

We were first told that the sale price on the cabinets we wanted was good till the end of May 2016 and were later told that a downpayment would need to be made a week before that time in order to secure the sale price.

When the order was paid for and placed we were told the order would be in by July 1st.

When we called on July 1st to confirm the order was in, we were informed that no, the order would not be in until July 23.  The contractor lost his crew to another job because they could not wait that long for work.

We were assured that the order was all there when it arrived on July 23.  Everything was bundled up on a pallet and could not be individualy confirmed all was there.

Upon the beginning of installation it was fould that 2 wrong wall cabinets were in the order.  One of the correct cabinets was at the store location and the other had to be fed exed from Califonia.  When we contacted the store represtative we received a run around and it took many phone calls that ended up calling the regional customer service department to resolve. That delayed installation.

The order was also missing other parts which had not been found until the parts were needed.

We had placed an order for particular cabinets which were not received and others substituted.  We decided that it was in out best interest just to take what we got because who knew how long it would take to resolve that issue.

There was one cabinet too many received and when our contractor returned it to the store for credit, the store representitive charged the contractors charge card instead of crediting him.  It took over a week for them to return the money and then it took the threat of a lawsuit to do so.  They had flatly refused to refund the money.

The cabinets are really nice but the customer service does not make it worth it.
