Cadillac Autoplex 2000 these people claim my head gaskets were blown, were paid $4500 to fix them, but failed several times, and they will not give me my money back. lake charles, Louisiana
My 1998 cadillac eldorado was running hot, so i took it to auto plex 2000. They ran tests on my car and they told me i blew my head gaskets. I have paid for a full 1year/12000 warranty.
My car has been back and forth out of the dealership in the past 3 months. The people at the dealership are now telling me that the gaskets are not the reason my car is running, but caint seem to figure out the reason.
They also will not give me my money back.

I have hired an attorney. The supervisor chuck huber then said I would need a new motor, and they would credit my money that I spent with them on a rebuit engine they found. They found several engines that were very expensive and I would still have to pay the difference out of pocket.
Such as $4356.00 or 2856.00 which is money I do not have. Therefore I told mr. chuck I wanted my money back and I dont want to deal with him anymore. The dealership is refusing to respond at this point. My attorney has informed me that the dealership is being investigated by other people they have ripped off.
