Caitlin Merto Designs Scam Ripoff Horrible Customer Sevice Internet
My husband and I contacted Caitlin Merto for our business. She was very professional during our phone conversations. I agreed to hire her for the work. I paid "half" up front as per Caitlin's request. Once that happened and the payment cleared she had become impossible to get in touch with. A few weeks went by and still nothing. I made a very bad mistake trusting her. She just took the money and did no work. DON'T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID! No phone calls No Emails. Now I have to contact Visa to help me get our money back. STAY AWAY AND DON'T GIVE HALF TO START.
