I've officially hit my limit with 360 Business Solutions AKA FP Mailing Solutions, representatives Caitlin Peraria, Bill Peraria, James Caldwell. Running a very busy office is quite challenging in itself. A degree of trust in vendors is somewhat necessary.
360 Business Solutions has exploited common trust in vendors by using key words to pose as our office mailing equipment supplier. Admittedly our mailing equipment is a low cost item that we did not scrutinize heavily. Not anymore!
After receiving a notice that our contract was due for renewal from 2 different companies within 24 hours of one another, I saught to get to the bottom of the discrepancy. I learned that 360 Business was pretending to be FP Mailing solutions, using multiple sales people to deliver messages that themselves didn't align.
I found the business card of the gentleman who sold us our current equipment, called him, and boy oh boy did I learn some things about 360 Business Solutions and their history of committing frauds on customers of other mail companies.
They essentially illicitly obtained lists of customers with mailing equipment along with executive contact info, and leveraged this information with stories about inheriting our account. With the stage set and the door open, they followed up with a line about new postal regulations rendering our current equipment obsolete and stating that we have until the end of the month to upgrade. Slimy slimy slimy!

James Caldwell works for KBS 360 NOT 360 Business Solutions
The BS Posting is by Mark Gaston wo has too mush time on his hands because is can NO longer gain new customers because of ALL the law suite against him in Montgomery Co Courts just google the civil action cases and you will see the whole truths
