Complaint Review: Cakes N Things - Gridley Illinois

Ordered a pan several weeks ago to be shipped to my office.They claimed that I asked that the pan be shipped to another address. NO reason for me to do so. I enclose the trail of emails from there supposed customer service department:

No...you did not supply a floor or suite number with the order so UPS had no idea where to delivery the package. If you look at the tracking number you will see what happened.

They contacted you. We are not being misled by anyone but YOU!!!!!

and we sent it to that address and have proof of such. YOU then requested a change of address, according to UPS, to have the order redirected to 590 Madison Ave NY NY 10022 which incurred an address correction fee to be charged to us.

Nothing will be shipped until the funds are received. Should we cancel the order there will be a 50% restocking fee and s & h is not refundable as stated on our websites.
