Cal Pacific Products - Santa Fe Freight Allegiant Business Finance Unbelievable, rude, unproffesional, unreleanting, mean Chatsworth , California
I operate a small remodeling company. I get a number of phone calls from Cal-Pacific, they were trying to sell construction items, saw blades, first aide kits etc.
The first few calls I let them do their thing then declined to make a purchase.
Few calls later I broke down and bought something. Then I got a few more calls, and I told the sales person look I am not interested in doing business this way, it takes to much of my time and I don't think it is saving me any money.
(Also the freight that was supposed to be free was just called handling charges instead)
Then I got more calls. (15) in the last month!
Finally I told them look this is harassment, do not keep calling me or I'll take action.
So he swore at me and called me a "dmb f ck!" then he hung up!
Then they called me again today, I couldn't even answer the call----I regret ever buying from Cal-Pacific Products-Santa Fe Freight!
