He will make cash offer on property without looking and will rush to close at his terms. will offer cash and will request owner finacing. but will try to private lender to trying get loan against your property without your conset and have the lender to be first lein holder on deed. so if defalts lender will get paid first and you second for owner fincing. if you are not careful he will sneak it in and seller will be screwed. he want judical foreclose instead of power sale. once he takes over the property He deafults and will give big run around under his Trust company and will make false alligations thru court system. story goes on and on. save your self and donot fell in his trap.
