Caliber Dance Company Holly Smith and Hayley Stovcik Discouragement, unprofessional, immature, xx relations with clients, inappropriate, rip off, not worth paying, waste of time and money, North royalton Ohio
When I first sent my daughter to caliber dance company, I was told so many things that did not happen. Not only was I fooled as a consumer, my daughter wasted a year of her life that she will never get back. I wasted thousands of dollars for nothing. When I spoke with the teacher asking why my daughter was not improving, she said " well she isn't trying hard enough". Really? My daughter tried so hard every week, and was always thrown in the back line. Then I asked the other teacher Holly Smith, the same thing and she did not know how to answer and rolled her eyes at me. I was paying for my daughter to learn how to dance, how is the owner not able to answer a simple question? If anything her dancing ability decreased instead of showing signs improvement. The owners Hayley Stovcik and Holly Smith act like two immature children and do not know how to run a business. This place is a joke. The fact that they have a video of them selves on social media (posted by one of their own employees) yelling and swearing, is absurd. My daughter watched the video at a sleepover with all of her friends, and they all came out talking about it. I am not the only parent disgusted by this. How do I explain this to a young child? Not to mention the other comment my daughter heard from the teacher Holly Smith. Holly was talking about her personal sexual life inside at this years recital and my daughter overheard it. My child does not need to hear that her dance teacher is having xx relations with one of the "dance fathers". So now do they come after people's husbands too? This is sick!! My final straw, was Having my daughter come to the car crying after class, after overhearing Holly talking on her phone in the parking lot as she was smoking a cigarette saying " I Hate children!" How do you own a dance studio and dislike or " hate" children? My daughter was so upset! Not to mention seeing their advertisement in the Mimi vanderhaven newspaper. It makes sense now why they dress like that, considering they have sexual relations with the dance fathers. I was appalled at what the two owners were wearing. To be honest they look like prostitutes. Who would want to send their child to a place that advertises this sort of thing? This is the most unprofessional dance studio I have ever seen and the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. Save your money, and your marriage and find a new studio. There are a lot in north royalton. We love our new studio in strongsville, and it's not too far from there.
