Caliber Home Loans Cash for Keys is a LIE!! Oklahoma City Oklahoma
Caliber Home Loans offered me a "cash for keys" program for my home.
I vacated my home by 12/16 as agreed upon. They finally processed my deed in lieu of foreclosure 4/21/17.
They were to pay me $2500.00 upon the completed transaction. I contacted them yesterday. They are not paying me the $2500.00 because of some flower pots that were in the shed. Someone had entered the shed while the house was vacant and made a mess but hardly $2500.00 worth of clean up. Just some debris scattered on the shed floor.
I had a gut feeling that they would find some way to not pay me the $2500.00 promised. The house was completely empty and ready for them to take possession. Had I known, I would have stripped that house bare....
