California Armenian Home Fresno Armenian Aged Home An Nursing Home Facility in Fresno, California not trained and is neglecting patients. This place is not good Fresno, California

This is clearly not the place to leave your love one. They have some outdated methods of caring for people and are not willing to change, update or get training. The Administrator Yuba, is making over $150,000 a year yet they had gotten rid of her over 1 year ago and mysteriously have brought her back. She doesn't even have a 4 year degree. Yuba lists herself as a "CPA" on their tax returns and has no medical qualifications.
Meanwhile my mother was malnourished to the point of 96lbs dropping over 20lbs in 5 short months. The staff is overworked with a ratio of 10:1 and don't have time to feed each patient. Conversely, they mix up clothing and have lost some of my mother's clothing. This is dangerous for cross contamination, tonight there was a patient that can contracted "shingles" Lastly they withhold my mother's hearing aide because they don't know how to put them in, so they rather have people sitting in silence unaware of what is going on.
The board of this place is clueless about running a health care facility, they rake in over $14 million from MediCAL and MediCARE yet still go to the Armenian community for donations. THis is full of politics and BAD medicine. We have 2 elder abuse cases with the Fresno Police Department against this place.
The footnote to the weight issue is I got together with the kitchen staff on what food to fix my mother (fatty white foods with sauces, etc., ) not to mention the family brought cookies, candies and asked the staff to give her this everytime they went into her room.
She was able to gain about 10lbs because of actually FEEDING her.
I had an issue with some of their staff that is incompetent and one of them tried to place me under "citizen's arrest" this person has tatoos on her neck and came at me with a camera taking pictures on the floor after I reprimanded her co-worker (she was hanging around her nurses station while on break) for the 2nd time about withholding hearing aides. The Head Nurse clearly has health issues and is not doing her job with hiring good people that don't violate HIPPA violations and other issues.
Some of the staff is very good, but the ones that are bad, incompetent, negligent or vindictive clearly have to go. They need to take the word "Armenian" off of this place and stop acting like they know how to operate a health care facility.
All facilities have problems, this one clearly has issues but refuses to address them. They also are not EMR compliant and have over 20 binders at each station where they are hand ledging in charting about the patient. We tried to move my mother but they put some disparaging comments about my mother on the report to the other facility without our prior consent so the other facility would not accept her.
It is difficult finding facilities that have availability, we are on the waiting lists of several. Meanwhile most facilities won't take my mother because of the disparaging things those people wrote about her. Do not give any donations to this place, they do not need it.
