Well Josey honey, if there is a problem with any posts, rebuttals, comments or whatever, the web site moderators can/will deal with it.
Until you are officially appointed as forum cop, your silly rebuttals mean nothing.
You are, of course, free to post anything you like also. Just don't expect anyone to pay any attention to your illiterate rants.
They're actually pretty funny, keep it up.

it matters not if a report is valid or not, no where does it state that OP must prove much less to team rebutt if report is true or not. this is what I have been saying along. Mission statement says not to let them get away with it. I might miss some rebutts butt I will not let team rebutt get away with IT. I am Joesy Wales AKA Mr Wilson and I approve of this rebutt

While I do feel for you, are you telling the entire story?
Because you stated
They have no accountability and refuse to put any of their statements in written form
But right before that you stated that they have yet to contact you or your daughter. So how could they make statements to you written or otherwise if they haven't contacted you.
But with that said and figuring there is nothing vital missing. If you have all of the evidence you say, why not take the mother to court and fight for custody of your daughter. In court you can bring these accusations up and the judge will order them to be investigated. But as a caveat not knowing what "proof" you have that her mom is doing this, if it is nothing more than a he said/she said situation the judge may just feel that you are being vindictive and not do anything. This may also be the issue you are having with CPS now.
Another option is that the next time you see the bruises on your daughter take her immediately to her regular doctor or if he/she is not available the nearest ER. By law doctors are required to report any suspected abuse to CPS, and you are going to get a lot more action when it is reported by an independent party than you.
