After this original posting, I dined at CPK 14 times at 4 locations inside of metro Phoenix and San Diego. Although the food was acceptable, there were no condiments on the tables at any of the locations. This policy on hiding condiments that were once placed on each table is completely unacceptable. I am in the process of lodging a complaint to CPK very soon regarding their parsimonious practices.

I don't understand why you're making such a big deal of this. Your first visit, they gave you the wrong salad...and by your own admission, you didn't mind because it was better. The server acknowledged his mistake and even comped the meal. GREAT - what's the problem? Obviously you weren't too concerned, because you went BACK. The second time, your meals were less than stellar -- okay, fair enough. You should have received better food. However, why is it "humiliating to ask for grated cheese." ?? Are you kidding me?? Is it really that serious to have to ASK *gasp!* for a condiment? Please, get over it....take your kid to Chuck E Cheese where you can eat pizza and hush.
