I ordered 6 vines from mypersonalvineyard.com in early 2010. The reason I chose this vendor was the strength of the 100% guarantee. The guarantee provided that if you planted the roots according to their instructions they would guarantee they grow and if for some reason they didn't, they would send replacement roots.
The instructions were very clear - use planting sleeves and install drip irrigation. I had my landscaper install drip irrigation (not cheap)and I bought and used planting sleeves. Six months later only one vine had sprouted. I emailed Brad about the situation and asked when I should expect to see growth. He replied immediately and asked for pictures of the plantings. I sent him the photos showing the installation and didn't hear back. I asked for his response and from then onhe refused to return my emails.
I searched for reviews about mypersonalvineyard.com and found there were several other unhappy customers. Maybe that's why mypersonalvineyard.com has changed its name and website to californiarootstock.com!
Shame on you!

I sent you photos as you requested and then you failed to respond after my repeated inquiries for replacement vines. It's not a coincidence why there are multiple negative reviews about your various websites!

Please refile your request for replacements. We have a policy of requiring pictures to verify vines were planted properly prior to replacements being sent out. The name was changed to better reflect our increased product offering, we are adding many types of rootstock to our offerings.
