Californiua Eviction Defense Specialist Calevict1, California Evictions ,Alan Shay, Tim Klein, Julie, They took $795 from me, did nothing, and I had to move in 6 hours before the sheriff arrived! Internet
I called California Eviction Defense Specialists 4 days before I was to be evicted. I spoke with Julie who told me to email her my info.
I got a call from Alan Shay who discussed my case and told me he could get me at least 4 extra weeks to stay at my home. The next day I got a call from Julie saying all my info was received and that Mr. Shay was taking care of everything.
She then gave me her bank account number and told me I had to go to a Chase Bank and deposit $795 in CASH ONLY to their account which I did.
They did nothing for me. I had to rush like a mad man to move all my belongins in the early morning hours by myself to avoid the sheriff from removing me from the premises.
During the mad rush to get out I accidentally cut me leg which later got infected. I ended up in the hospital with sepcis and almost died!
I can't beleive how low these people are. That $795 was every last penny i had. When I called them to discuss getting my money back, they blocked my number.
Chase bank is no better. I got zero cooperation or help from them. What would you expect from a bank that Bernie Madeoff used to keep the money he ripped off from all those investors.
I'm not rich, and It hurt me so bad to lose $795 of my hard earned money that took me months and months to save. These people are difficult to find. For all I know they could be operating out of state. How would you know? I am still trying to track them down.
If anyone has a physical address for them or a copy of their Fictitious business name filing please let me know. I need to get that moneyt back. I have no savings left. and no credit cards. Nothing for a rainy day.
