I have been on cam4 for a month, lots of people come in you're room trying to scam you offerinf tokens after you do a show which is  a hoax but other then that all seemed well, untill, money went missing from my account, and was convereted into tokens and tipped in a lump sum to one person, all but 15 tokens. 

Me nore my fiancee made this transaction, I emailed costumer service and they told me there was nothing they could do and pretty much to go fluff off. They told me I did it and that the IP address was ours but what they failed realize is there site is not safe. Next to the URL bar there is no lock that means anyone can get information from the site, hackers. And when you have a IP address that stays the same if someone hacks you're computer it will say you're IP address even if it is not you, but clearly there coustumers service is not very good and they are very rude. They sent me a picture showing the IP address and the transaction but no where did it say what computer when they claim it did.

We are not seeing anyone else in the account. If someone would hack into your account they would have taken all of it. There is still 107.50 in the account. If you allowed someone else access or knows your passwords you may want to change them .

I did not make this transaction that is what I am telling you. Would you like to contact me by phone? My money is missing and I did not make that happen. From what I know, no one knows my password.

The only way for the funds to be converted is by someone, either yourself or someone else, being logged into the account and making the request. Attached is a copy of the tipping history. Your account, your IP made the request and tipped other performers.

Almost all of it was tipped to one person, does that not seem suspicious to you?  It is possible for someone to hack into you're computer and it will say you're IP. 

I am telling you I did not do this my money was taken no one beyond the walls of my house, besides my customers know what I do.

No one hacked your account. Someone using your computer, your ISP, your IP, your log in information logged in and requested those tips and used them to tip other performers.

The only person that I tipped was touchm3hard. Where does it say the computer that was used? I would like to see proof that it was this computer then. You can hack into someones computer via there router.

Your computer, your account, your IP was used to cash out the tips for tokens and used to tip other performers. The image we sent to you clearly shows that.
We will not respond further as we have responded to you and also showed you the proof that all tips sent were from your account and IP. There are two of you on this account, one of you made the request for the tips to be changed to tokens and someone there used them to tip these performers.

As you can see, they were no help and when I asked for proof that it was in fact my computer they shut me down and said they would no longer assist me. I was ripped off.

They banned me with no explination, no email ,or anything was sent as to why I was banned. They took my money and now are trying to cover their tracks.  Worst cam site EVER.
