It sounds to me, like you are an employee of this firm, talking about sexual harrassment and company policy. there are laws for sexual harassment. your in a position, to do something about it. not anyone here sorry. Give some helpful information to people, contact the Mass. bar assoc. the eeoc, get yourself an attorney if you know for a fact that this law firm is violating federal law or state statutes and can prove it, then give that information to the U.S.Attorney office, F.T.C. and the mass. state attorney general office. It a sad fact, the only time an ex-employee of these collection places complain, is when they get screwed over, but the whole time they worked there they had no problem, doing it to the people they collect from. But. that still doesn't mean you or anyone one else, should have to be sexually harassed. Company policy are just that, company policy, as long as they don't conflick with the law, cause injury, harm, are damage. Lie to people, is the norm for collectors. You want to do something to close this business, then you give all the information to the proper investigating agency. A few collectors, have been on this site complaining about there work place, but none have followed thru with there complaint or they expect us, the ones they been violating, to feel sorry for them, you can correct alot of wrongs here. What are you going to do? If i come across as a p***k or offend someone sorry. I have a hard time with people that know companies, violate the law, work there, and do nothing about it until they are the victim of there own company. after they been involved or knew about it for months or years and let countless people lifes get ruin
