I love your tactics and the responses you got, but in CAMCO's letter it states that they don't report to credit reporting agencies. That is a lie!! I think you better order your credit reports and look under the section where you initiated a request for credit. Under this section is where the creditors like B of A or some other creditor would be entered when they request your report. They entered their name on my report twice so that they stand out from the rest. When you apply for credit, a creditor will see this and can contact these people to see what it is about. Giving CAMCO the opportunity to relay their illegal collection attempts; therefore, reporting collections well past the legal federal 7-year limit. Great Job!
