Camden Harbor View is not a very friendly community.  I live their for two years and I took very good care of the property.  I gave  my 30 day notice to Jennifer Ann Brown who was the property manager at the time.  I paid $199.00 for the carpet and apartment cleaning.  They sent me a final account statement with a bunch of rediculous charges that I should not be paying for.

They want me to pay for replace carpet and pad $422.00, enzyme treatment subfloor due to urine $90.00.  I did keep a friends pet 1 time and he stayed in his kettle so you tell me how could 1 occassion cost me so much money.  I gave a $550.00 deposit that they are only trying to refund me $56.00.  I filed a complaint with the BBB and I am waiting for a response back.  Jennifer Ann Brown no long works for the property so I have been dealing with some new person name Robert. 

I also signed documents that I wanted to be present for the walk through and they sent some maintenance guy name Luciano. The Head guy name Frank  was suppose to show up with my walk thru papers when I first moved in. We were suppose to walk thru the appartment together to see if additional charges needed to apply. The whole move out and the final account statement was written up wrong.  It didn't include my $199.00 that I paid up front.  Robert told me after 5 years they replace the carpet.  How do you know the carpert was not damaged underneath before I moved In. Beware of this property management, they are a rip off.
