You need to back off this one buddy because there's nothing in your story that indicates they are at fault. When they send something to the manufacturer for you that is all they are doing. If the manufacturer isn't replacing it then it could be that the motherboard is fine and that you don't know what you're doing (90% of my customers don't know what they are doing even if they think they do). Deal with the manufacturer directly because they are the ones not replacing your board. Canada Computers is just being nice and shipping it for you free of charge. They could just sell everything final sale no warranty you know and not lift a finger. Be appreciative they are helping you at all.
