Here I file a complaint about these idiots elsewhere, only to find out I'm not the only one with a serious problem with Canadian Consumer Services Inc. I have it as Canadian Consumers Services Incorporated, but my complaint is the same. I'VE BEEN RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid these idiots $40 and waited OVER A MONTH to receive this "directory" they were supposed to send me. NEVER GOT IT! And, there was no response from their end either. It wasn't until I contacted them did we start to get to the bottom of the situation. For starters, they insisted I never sent them the money. That's 100% BS!!! I DID! I even faxed it to them to prove I did. Then, they respond by saying that Canada Post returned the package because the addy they sent to was invalid. I'm not an idiot! I've sent for countless packages and NOT ONCE have I ever encountered a problem like this! So, these people gave me an option to either have this package sent to me again or get a refund. I opted for the refund. I want nothing to do with a company that didn't have the decency to try and contact me as soon as there was a problem. That's not only unprofessional, but unethical on their part. And you know what? It's been OVER TWO WEEKS and STILL NO REFUND! I want my money back!!!! Looks like I have to do the round of nasty emails too!
