I GOT A FAX AT WORK FOR AN ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE TO MEXICO FOR  $199 EACH. I SIGNED UP AND THEY TOOK $498 FROM MY CREDIT CARD. SOMEONE FROM A SISTER COMPANY WAS TO CALL ME AND SET UP AIRFARE. NEVER GOT A CALL.

CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONTACT THEM AND THEY TOOK MY PHONE NUMBER STATING SOME WILL CALL BE BACK. NO ONE EVER DID.

LAST TIME I CALLED THEY STATED CALL BACK IN 1/2 AN HOUR TO TALK TO "MR. JOSH" THE MANAGER. CALLED BACK AND REMARKABLY HE WASN'T THERE AGAIN.

VERY UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY AND WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!  FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED!
