Cancun All inclusive travel packages SCAM?
Don't let this happen to you. And there's no where to file a complaint or stop them:
I received a fax for a travel package falsely claming they were from from "H.R. Department". Since my company was big. I assumed they were working together with the travel company.
I phoned and discussed travel package and details. I then purchaed for $498 USD with credit card on 6/28/2010 a non refundable travel package from Kevin Strom of Mymexicanvacation.com aka Cancun Luxury Travel

They refuse to give a refund for giving false information repeatedly. They refuse to honor the agreement for me to use the travel package in which I paid for. IT is a SCAM!!! If any of these phone numbers, names or information looks familiar DO NOT GIVE them any of your information or credit card. Since they're based out of Mexico there's no gov't to file a complaint with. Buy your packages the old way on travelocity or bookit. That was a COSTLY $500 lesson i had to learn!
Note: EVERY day is Peak season which is an additional $300 per person plus you pay for airfare, and transporation to hotel.
THE AD:
Package was a 6 days/ 5 nights for $199 a person
so its $199 per person plus $100 tax
plus $399 per person because every day is PEAK season or sold out
plus you pay for airfare ($400 RT) & transporation (taxi) $150 RT
