Canecutter Media, CC Media, Cane Cutter Media Rip-off, Con-Artists, Thieves, Deceitful, Money-Taker, Never Gives Product. Brooklyn New York
Canecutter Media, CC Media, Cane Media is the biggest con-artist operation in New York. Never do business with them. They have only been incorporated for 18 months, have moved locations 4 times due to the 10 stolen reports we saw on them, demand you pay them upfront, steal your money and move. We hired them to print our magazine due October 29, 2004 and gave them a check October 1, 2004 in the amount of $4,380.
It is December 2, 2004 and we have called them 107 times (and Danny Ram, we do have the phone records to prove it) and on December 1, 2004, showed up unannounced to their location to pick up our magazines. When we got to their location --- very scary. They are in a condemned-like warehouse where they scam people, their receptionist looks like a ghetto-trash raised from the dead and Danny Ram was the most repulsive, deceitful person. A week prior to going to their office, he told me the magazines were being shipped at 3pm.
The following week, his rude accountant/con-partner Neil said the magazines were being withheld until we paid the remaining 50% balance without seeing one single evidence that the magazine was printed. When we spoke with Danny in person he told us why we were here to pick up the magazines since 1/3 of them were in Canada, 1/3 in Buffalo and a 1/3 god knows where. He refused to provide us the Canadian printer's name and number, the transportation company or any written info since they were never printed. Plus, he said they would rather dump the cargo then give us our money back. Now, we are building a huge case with the District Attorney and will fight to get our money back.
Do not use Canecutter Media. They will take your money upfront, give you a great deal, promise you wonders and then take out their claws, never contact you, spend your money and rob from you. They prove to be the worst company in New York and give New York businesses a black mark. We are not the first to complain and they have take thousands of dollars from businesses.
