CAPBIZGROUP promised refund for pharmacy sales website but no money & no contact for 5 months ripoff Tempe Arizona
I was promised the website they would build would drive legal, insurance covered pharmacy internet sales to me. According to George Alberts, they couldn't just give me a link on the website I had already built and was using. I started getting more and more marketing calls from CapBizGroup trying to sell me more and more marketing schemes to drive lots of internet traffic to my site. Now I wondered, was this just a tease to get me to buy other services from them? YES!!
Shortly after the website was built and I could FINALLY see the company it affiliated me with, I called them and found out (1) none of the drugs used by either my husband or I were or ever would available as they are illegal to sell over the internet (commonly used drugs for high blood pressure and diabetes); (2) the pharmacy would let me set up an account with them and a link on my already existing website for no fee; (3) they have never accepted and never will work with insurance coverage.
After a week of calling and leaving messages, I finally got through to Phil Heinrich, Customer Service Manager who after a long debate agreed to send me a full refund. That was all in January 2006 -- here it is May and I've begun again to leave messages with the person who "only answers the phones and gives the messages; it's the only way to reach Mr. Heinrich." Of course, he doesn't call back.
