The owner of the Capbizgroup personally contacted me and assured me that the complaints I filed would be straightened out to my satifaction. He apologized for the inconvience a few of his employees caused me and assured me he would personally handle my account. I am very hopeful and impressed with his demeanor. A second chance for Capbizgroup.
