Please, Esther of Chicago, do not preach your moralistic sentiment here, telling people they should pay their old debts. Every situation is different and you do not the circumstances behind each and every bad debt case. I find your preaching about integrity a little ironic. You WERE working for a company that purchases bad debts for pennies on the dollar hoping to make a quick buck. They force their employees to harass individuals, old retirees, many on their death bed. There are many such postings on this forum. And to top it off, they knowingly break the laws in their so called, recovery process. I stopped CAMCO scum dead in their tracks by threatening them with a cease and desist letter and I urge any individual that has fallen victim to their unlawful practices to do the same. I would also hope Ms. Esther of Chicago all the luck in paying her bills now that she is unemployed.

I am a former employee of Capital Acquisitions and management. I worked for the company in question for about three months but was fired due to lack of performance not because I failed but because people like the ones who started this web site failed. Sure there is a statue of limitations that protects the debtor from annoying calls about bills and that information is assessable for any one who seek to silence the massager from requesting payment on serviced or goods which the debtor knowingly secured though a line of credit or what every means. The statue of limitation only grants you silence when you have no conscious of your own. However, it does not mean you did not open and use the line of credit in which payment is being requested for it means you are using the time frame as a tactic to make your self feel good about not keep your end of a bargain! See in America repayment or Filing bankruptcy is the only sure way of relinquish your self of your debt, not playing the waiting game. The statue of limitation does not tell you that you should not pay your bills it just means after a center time frame creditor can no longer take legal action and have to be discrete in ask you for repayment so that it would not effect you future borrowing capabilities basically creditors have to ask you to display the integrity you some how fine the means to use on a daily basics or maybe you just do not have any intergrity at all in that case who is the real loser the company's that you has betrade and defrauded or you because in trying to save a few dollars after 10 yrs of knowingly evading your debt even now when your credit has been rebuilt and you actually have the means to do the responsible thing but still you still opt to lose what little bit of integrity you have left to save money you know is past due and owning

Yes, here is all of their information and an email address for Eric Woldoff, however your emails and letters would be better directed at the FTC and state officials. These slimy individuals do not deserve any more of your time and attention. Let the lawyers and Attorney General deal with them. There is a class action law suit against CAMCO for CA residents in progress. I contacted the lawyer today at www.edcombs.com. I have also heard there are a number of others in progress so do your research. Again, good luck..
