Capital Choice Comsumer Credit and Hartford Auto Club ripoff, dishonest, FRAUDULENT consumer fraud ripoff deception screwed others too Miami Florida
I had got the offer in the mail. I sent $43.00 for the rush delivery. They did not specify it was just for purchases out of their catalog which made me suspicious.
After an UNAUTHORIZED withdrawal had been made to my account, I looked into it further. I called the company that had made the withdrawal, which was some other company that "represented" the Hartford Auto Club. They told me that I would receive their "decision" in the mail within 10 days (Which never happened)
I then tried calling Capital Choice numerous times and either the system was "busy" or "down" or what have you. At that point I looked the company up online, only to find out that it was all a scam.
I was able to contact my bank and get my money back, and I also called the company back that illegally made the withdrawal and spoke with a person named ANNA. I told her that I reported them to the Bad Business Bureau and that they're all full of #*?!, to which she responded, "Same to you". How's that for service?!!
