I too purchased the card for 39.00 and was aware
that it was a merchandise card. The items were too high in the catalog. I think that the individual is being a bit harsh.
Some people just feel that others have good faith in them and are simply giving them another chance to prove themselves.
It's nothing wrong with that. The harshness of
some of these people is a bit much. We all make
mistakes and are not perfect so please stop being
so judge mental. I was a victim. I just saw this
site today.
I have tried to look them up several times before today. Thank God for sites like this and I hope GOD will bless those people who are in these types of businesses. Let's just try to really read everything we get...GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!

Matt,
My problem is not with the card itself, but the long distance phone card that comes with it. For $39.00 a month you get 1000 minutes of long distance by dialing a toll-free number + a 10 digit PIN code. As I rarely make $39.00 worth of long distance phone calls, I immediately attempted to call the "customer service number" listed on the front of the card to cancel the service. In over 2000 attempts in 3 months between the hours of 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM (on the west coast) the number has never failed to be busy. You can call, however, at 2:01 PM and get a recording telling you they are now closed for the day and to call back between 9-5 EST. The only way I will be able to cancel this service is to close my checking account and open it under a new number. As for the card itself, I read and understood the way it works, but upon getting the catalog, I find the goods offered to be hugely overpriced and will not be using it.
